DEAR MONCRE TELEPHONE COOPERATIVE MEMBER:


As General Manager of MonCre, I will frequently share with you the goals and long term plans of the company. In doing so, please know that first and foremost is my personal commitment to provide you—our co-op member—with quality service at affordable prices.

We hope you know about the new service plans that became available in October. These new "bundled" packages offer phone and Internet options for your residence or business, each designed to help meet your personal needs. We are happy to report that the plans have been received favorably, and we have already received calls from many of our co-op members who have discovered the cost-saving plan right for them. Just give us a call for any questions or to get your new plan underway.

I also want to personally thank you for choosing to be part of the MonCre family, and remind you that every member has influence in our future. Unlike the mammoth-sized phone companies, we are invested in an organization and company that directly benefits our community both economically and socially.
