Problems with your DSL
may lie in your modem?
If your DSL isn’t working, you should first check your
equipment, particularly your modem.
Here’s what to look for when examining the modem:
1.
POWER LIGHT – When working properly this light should always
remain green.
2.
STATUS – Should also be green which indicates the modem is
communicating with the network.
3.
ACTIVITY – Should be constantly flashing which indicate the data
is being transmitted across the network.
4.
LAN – Will flash constantly and indicates that your computer is
communicating properly with your modem.
5.
USB – This light will normally be off unless your computer is
connected to the modem with a USB cable.
Your modem comes with a power supply.
Voltage is specific to these modems.
Do not use power supplies from another device to power your modem.
If any of the lights that should be on are not on, turn the modem’s
power supply off, wait a minute, and then turn it back on.
Once you have let the modem boot up, the lights should return to
normal.
If for some reason, you are still having problems after
you have checked your equipment and followed all of the necessary steps for
this process, you may call the internet support line for help.

Support line is available 24/7.
