These de-tariffed services service “bundles,” special promotions, long distance and all services provided to business customers with more than four lines. Contracts in place prior to September 1, 2006 remain subject to regulation for the term of the contract.

As of February 1, 2007, such detariffed services shall be governed by the Mon-Cre Customer Service Agreement(“Agreement”), which incorporates our Mon-Cre Price List. If you order non-telephone services as part of a bundle, such as Internet services, you may also be subject as well to additional terms and conditions related to such services.  As a Coop, our members are also subject to those terms governing their membership found in our Coop bylaws.

A complete copy of the Agreement and terms for other services may be found at www.mon-cre.net and will be mailed to all affected customers. You can also call us at the number on your bill to receive a copy. Below are some of the key terms and conditions of the Agreement:

●          The Agreement will not result in a change in your current service and rates on February 1, 2007. We will provide you with at least thirty (30) days notice prior to any subsequent change in the terms and conditions or any price increase, other than that related to increased costs attributable to collection of government-imposed taxes or fees.

●          The Agreement includes a disclaimer of warranties, a limitation of liability, and an arbitration clause (in lieu of a civil lawsuit) in which we agree to pay for your filing fee in some instances.

The Agreement will take effect automatically for all affected services on February 1, 2007 unless you disconnect your service or change to standalone Basic Telephone Service, with or without Optional Telephone Features.
